I help teams think differently about their projects, products, organizational structure or future plans. The world changes constantly, yet we usually face new challenges with old structures and perspectives. In my workshops, teams analyze their current strategy and reframe their thinking to formulate innovative approaches.
In my writing and lectures I use the same technique of reframing to present an abundant perspective on social, economic and ecological issues. In a wealthy and peaceful world, we need no longer fight against nature and each other for survival. Abundance however presents its own challenges. How should we live when we have so many choices open to us?
The main thinking technique I use is reframing. Reframing is a simple but powerful technique to think differently. Reframing helps us to innovate, to approach the world from a fresh perspective and to overcome engrained patterns. Reframing allows us to develop strategies for dealing with our current challenges instead trying to solve problems which no longer exist.
The philosophy of abundance and generosity: how should we live in wealthy times, when the strategies for survival developed in times of scarcity are no longer effective? How do we choose now that we have so much choice? How do we find out how we really want to work and live?
On this site you can find training materials on reframing and writing on abundance and other philosophical topics. In the near future this will be expanded with podcasts and videos of lectures as well as powerpoint presentations.
